North Penn Area Scholarship Fund announces new Perpetual Named Award
Local resident provides funding for new perpetual scholarship for student majoring in environmental-related field.
LANSDALE, PA FEBRUARY 1 --- The North Penn Area Scholarship Fund Association was recently provided the funding to establish a new Perpetual Named Award, the Thomas J. Hall Scholarship.
