North Penn Boys And Girls Club To Open 3rd Location
The North Penn Valley Boys and Girls Club will officially open their new Wissahickon Valley location on Wednesday.

AMBLER, PA — The North Penn Valley Boys and Girls Club will officially open their new Wissahickon Valley location on Wednesday.
The local North Penn club, founded by a group of Lansdale families in 1966, serves more than 3,200 children and teenagers each year with recreational, educational, and character-building programs, according to their mission statement.
The new branch will be located on 250 Maple Ave. There are also clubhouses in Lansdale and Souderton.

"We look forward to welcoming the community and the kids we serve to the new Wissahickon Valley Clubhouse,” Robert K. Kreamer, Chief Executive Officer of the North Penn Valley Boys and Girls Club, said in a statement. “This is all possible through the hard work and dedication of our Board of Directors, staff, and donors who helped make the new location a reality."
The Wissahickon Valley branch is opening just in time for the 2017-18 school year, and will kick things off with Project Learn, a free after school homework program which will be held every day after school through September.
