North Penn to Host Two Musical Events Later This Month
Knight of Jazz will take place on Feb. 27. Knight of Guard and Percussion will be held on Feb. 28. Both events will be held at NPHS.

North Penn students are gearing up for two musical events to be held later this month.
First, the annual Knight of Jazz will take place on Friday, Feb. 27 at 6:10 p.m. at the North Penn High School auditorium. The evening will feature eight area high school bands in competition.
Five ensembles representing North Penn School District will also perform. The ensembles incude: Navy and Columbia jazz bands from North Penn High School and Pennbrook, Penndale and Pennfield jazz ensembles.

Then, on Saturday, Feb. 28, North Penn High School will host Knight of Guard and Percussion. The event, which starts at 3 p.m., will feature multiple high school indoor color guard and percussion units in competition.

Knight of Guard and Percussion will take place in the North Penn High School main gym.
North Penn High School’s Winter Percussion and North Penn Middle Schools’ “Knight Vision” visual ensemble will also perform during the event, which is sponsored by USBands.
Advance tickets are available in NPHS K-Pod reception office for $10. Tickets also will be available at the door.
