The stadium's first official event was the commencement ceremony for the class of 2021, but only a limited capacity crowd was able to attend due to coronavirus restrictions.

"With the final touches now complete, NPSD invites students, staff, families, alumni and community members to join together in celebration of the new “stadium for the future” and all that it has to offer, as we continue to build our legacy together," the school district said in a statement.

The pep rally will feature student performances, a celebration of student athletes, special recognitions, and remarks from various school leaders.

Members of the public are also invited to explore the new facility's offerings, which feature numerous ADA-compliant upgrades. The stadium's redesign also allows it to be used by a larger number of athletic teams and music groups, and it's also outfitted to support various community and district-wide events.
