North Penn School District Gearing Up to Celebrate 50th Anniversary
The district is looking for community members to join the 50th Anniversary Planning Committee. A meeting will be held Feb. 17.

North Penn is gearing up for its 50th anniversary and the district is looking for community members to help plan various celebrations.
Throughout the 2015-2016 school year, events will be held to highlight the district’s history and celebrate the accomplishments of the students, staff and graduates, according to the district.
The North Penn School District Office of School and Community Engagement is looking for community members to join the 50th Anniversary Planning Committee. The organizing committee can include parents, graduates, staff members or community members.

Anyone interested in serving on the committee can attend a meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 17 at 6 p.m. at the Educational Services Center, 401 E Hancock Street in Lansdale.
