North Penn Schools To Dismiss Early Thursday

LANSDALE, PA — North Penn School District will dismiss early Thursday due to the inclement weather.

Snow is expected to move into the area in mid-morning, with 1 to 3 inches in the forecast. Precipitation will likely turn to rain and sleet by afternoon.

The district said that all schools will dismiss two hours early, meaning the following schedule is in effect:

• a.m. Kindergarten: close at 11 a.m.
• p.m. Kindergaten: canceled
• high school and Northbridge: 12:55 p.m.
• middle schools: 1 p.m.
• Bridle Path and Walton Farm: 1:40 p.m.
• Extended School Care will close two hours after the school closes

All after-school athletics and activities have been canceled as well.
