North Wales Church Holds Vigil For Victim, Family Of Shooting Tragedy
The church where the fatal shooting occurred during a service on Sunday held a vigil in honor of the victim and his family.

NORTH WALES, PA -- The church where the fatal shooting occurred during a service on Sunday held a vigil in honor of the victim and his family.
Keystone Fellowship Church held the vigil and a religious service for 27-year-old Robert Braxton, of Montgomeryville, who was killed during an altercation at around 11 a.m. Sunday.
Speaking to reporters at a press conference, Montgomery County district attorney Kevin Steele said at least one shot was fired by one of the two church members during the altercation that took place around 11 a.m.

The other man was involved in the shooting was questioned and is cooperating with police, Steele said. He is not in custody and charges have not been filed.
Braxton was shot with a semi-automatic handgun, police said.

"Our hearts are deeply grieved over the tragic event that occurred Sunday morning, April 24 at our Montgomeryville campus," Keystone said in a statement. "As a church family, we are shocked and heartbroken over what took place, and our congregation is in prayer for everyone involved."
The vigil took place on Monday night at the church's Skippack campus.
"We also want to extend our sincere thanks to the many police officers and first responders for their kind assistance in these very difficult circumstances," the church added.
