Police are increasing their patrols around the garage and say that anyone found loitering and trespassing around the garage will be cited or arrested.

"Parents and guardians are strongly advised not to drop off or allow juveniles to use the parking garage as a meeting place or gathering spot," the department added. "Enforcement will continue, and further action will be taken as necessary to ensure the property is used only for its intended purpose."

That includes adults, police said.
