Montgomery Township police are seeking the public’s help identifying a man they say reportedly held a cellphone under a woman’s skirt at Wegmans on Bethlehem Pike.
The woman was checking out around 1 p.m. on May 9 when a man bent down behind her and put his phone under her skirt, according to The Reporter.
