Today I am grateful for pool celebrations. This tribe of wacky women and goofy men is always ready to celebrate. Judging by some of the “hats” for Easter, I can only imagine what they’d come up with if we didn’t have to consider the pool water!
A father and son go all out with lights, bells, whistles, neon eggs and garland. They look like they should be in an old Buzby Berkly musical. Almost everyone wears some sort of hat, or headband, or ears, or something to participate. If they forget, there are always extras or party hats available.

Flopping and dancing around during water aerobics, ears bobbling and flowers wilting, we look like we are losing our minds. . .but I think we’ve reached the point in our lives where we’ve finally found them! That’s why we have so many pool celebrations. . .and I’m glad!
