'Resigning' Hatfield Township Manager Reverses Course, Stays On Job
Hatfield Township Manager Aaron Bibro had announced his resignation back in April, but he now says that he will stay on the job after all.
HATFIELD, PA — The township manager in this central Montgomery County community who had announced back in April that he planned to resign from his position is now saying he will stay on the job, according to media reports.
Aaron Bibro, the township manager in Hatfield, Pa. since 2013, has now "un-resigned" from his position, and he plans to stay in the role, according to an article on North Penn Now.
Patch reported back in April that Bibro, who is said to be the longest-running municipal manager in the North Penn region, had plans to step down from his position in either May or June.

Media reports stated that Hatfield Township commissioners did what they could to keep Bibro on the job after hearing from community members who wanted him to remain in his position.
Bibro is a native of the Pittsburgh region who came to Hatfield Township after serving in a similar municipal role for a township in Allegheny County in western Pennsylvania.
