SEPTA's New Budget Includes Big Plans For Lansdale
A new parking garage and station in Lansdale are a part of SEPTA's recently approved budget.

SEPTA’s 2015-2016 budget has been approved, and that includes plans that have a big impact for Lansdale and Montgomery County commuters.
A new parking garage and a new station have been approved for construction, and both will begin this year, the plan states.
The new $1.36 billion operating budget approved last week has no fare increases and no major changes to service, but the $534 million capital budget aimed for new projects is of huge importance for Lansdale, reflecting the importance of the station, and Lansdale, to regional travel.
