Under new ownership, the local ShopRite has a new look and feel, with a larger sushi bar, a Chinese buffet, and more.

HATFIELD, PA — The Hatfield ShopRite held its grand reopening recently after a lengthy closure.
The reopening comes as the store is under new ownership and extensive, multi-phase renovations were made to its interior.
The grocery giant says the new store features "more than 8,000 lowered prices, expanded fresh and prepared food offerings, an enlarged sushi bar, a Chinese buffet, and convenient services and savings programs designed to make shopping easier and more affordable for local families."

The store is now owned by longtime Montgomery County residents and brother and sister team Sean and Bria McMenamin.
“As brother and sister with families of our own, Sean and I set out to create the kind of store we would want to shop ourselves," Bria McMenamin shared. "Warm, welcoming, and full of great options at a strong value. As busy parents, we understand how important it is for customers to find everything they need in one convenient place, from everyday essentials to prepared meals and items for special occasions."
