Suspect In Armed Robbery At Lansdale-Area Wawa Sought By Cops (VIDEO)

Police are still seeking a suspect in an armed robbery in a Hatfield Township Wawa that occurred in the early morning hours of October 25.

The suspect, a Hispanic male in his mid-30s, about 5’5 to 5’8 tall, entered the Wawa on 2480 Bethlehem Pike at about 4:04 a.m., according to police.

He got a cup of coffee and some milk, and went to the register to ask for cigarettes, police said. As the cashier was ringing up the purchase, the suspect produced a gun and demanded the cash from the register.

By 4:08 a.m., employees called police. The suspect had fled toward the south in a dark-colored vehicle that was parked on the southbound shoulder of Bethlehem Pike with its hazards lights activated.
