Locally Grown Showcase Spotlighted Souderton Area Farms & Local Vendors

More than 300 people were on hand for the second annual Locally Grown Showcase held at the Indian Creek Foundation in Souderton, Pa. The Souderton-Telford Business and Professional Women’s Group partnered with Locavore At Your Door to bring this event to the community, featuring products from local farms and other vendors, entertainment and more.

The Locally Grown Showcase provides an opportunity to share local resources, promote local farms and help small businesses and non-profit organizations in the Souderton area. This year’s event featured so many new and returning vendors that the space was doubled.

“We are so happy with the response that we received from this year’s event,” said Dana Vesey, Souderton-Telford Business and Professional Women’s Group member and event organizer. “Both vendors and participants loved the opportunity to be out among friends and neighbors, so much so that we already have vendors signed up for next year.”
