Towamencin CVS Robbed at Gunpoint

A CVS pharmacy in Towamencin was robbed at gunpoint early Monday, according to police.

Towamencin police told The Intelligencer that the armed robbery happened at the CVS on Valley Forge Road just before 5 a.m. A man with a semiautomatic handgun made off with an unspecified amount of money, according to the Reporter.

The suspect is described by police as a thin, light-skinned man who is about six feet tall. He was wearing a brimmed hat and a dark scarf that covered his face, as well as a blue and white striped jacket, dark pants and Adidas sneakers.
