Towamencin To Host Wounded Warrior Softball Team

Towamencin Township is hosting the Wounded Warrior Softball team on Saturday, October 1 at Butch Clemens Park at 8 a.m.

A ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. and a post game dinner will take place at 7 p.m.

The Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team is scheduled to arrive under police escort, in parade like fashion, during a special ceremony.

A post-game dinner reception will follow the day’s events at the Courtyard Marriott Lansdale, 1737 Sumneytown Pike, in Lansdale.

The dinner will feature a Meet and Greet with the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team, buffet dinner, cash bar, raffles and silent auctions.
