Residents who have become unemployed due to coronavirus may be eligible for tuition waivers at Montgomery County Community College.
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — Residents who have become unemployed due to coronavirus may be eligible for tuition waivers at Montgomery County Community College.
The county's new Tuition Recovery Program allows qualifying residents of the county to receive waivers on tuition after all other applicable grants and scholarships have been applied.
In addition to living in Montgomery County, applicants must be enrolled in a degree, certificate, or financial aid-eligible non-credit program for the spring 2021 semester.

Students are eligible for a three credit waiver if they're taking six credits or less, a six credit waiver if they have seven to 11, and a 9 credit waiver if they have 12 or more.
