A video of Donovan McNabb defending himself in the wake of his recent DUI arrest has surfaced on TMZ.
Police in Arizona said that the former Eagles quarterback was driving at more than twice the legal limit when he was arrested, according to a 6 ABC News report.
His BAC was .171, reports state.

McNabb’s June 28 arrest is his second DUI arrest recently, having also been nabbed in December of 2013, Philly.com reports.
In the video of his arrest, McNabb is courteous to the officer, repeatedly insisting that “I’m not into that” and “I’m just going home” when questioned.

“How much have you had to drink tonight?” the officer asks.
“Listen, I got a cold. I’ve been taking medicine for my cold.” McNabb says.
“What have you been taking?
“Chlorophyll, Robitussin. Like I said, I been really sick. Like I said, I live two blocks away. I been just going home, my wife, my kids.”
“I’m not into that,” McNabb adds, presumably referring to drinking and driving, but never clarifiying.
The officer then asks if he has had any recent head injuries, and McNabb tells him that he used to play football.
“I know who you are,” the officer says.
“I’m not into that,” McNabb says.
McNabb would face a mandatory minimum of 90 days in prison if convicted of a second charge, according to medai reports.
