Widespread Power Outage In Towamencin Affects Traffic Lights
Towamencin is experiencing widespread power outages and police are urging caution where traffic lights are out.
TOWAMENCIN, PA -- Towamencin is experience widespread power outages and traffic signals have been affected, police report.
The outages were first experienced at about 4 p.m., police said.
Several major roadways have been affected.

"We ask that if you must drive, please use caution and watch for Emergency Responders directing traffic in the area. Emergency Personnel are working as quickly as possible to identify and resolve the issue," Towamencin police said.
Upper Gwynedd Police noted that signals are out at many four way stops, and urged caution.

Around 800 homes and businesses were without power as out 5:00 p.m., according to a PECO outage map.
