Wines on the Hill Fundraiser Set for Sept. 13

Hilltown Township Volunteer Fire Company will be hosting its annual “Wines on the Hill” fundraiser on Sept. 13.

The event will be held from noon until 6 p.m. on the grounds of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Hilltown. It will feature Pennsylvania wines, food, music and more than 50 vendors.

Advance tickets are $15 and $5 for a designated driver. Tickets are $25 on the day of event. The first 700 attendees will receive a commemorative goblet.

Six Pennsylvania wineries, including Boyd’s Cardinal Hollow, Peace Valley, Sandcastle, III Ponds, Sorrienti’s Cherry Valley and Unami Ridge will offer samplings of their products, which include reds and whites ranging from dry to sweet plus desert wines, spice wines, chocolate, jalapeno and more.

Food vendors include 2 Little Piggy’s BBQ and Catering and Bucks County Seafood. The Doylestown Bluegrass Jam and DJ Diaz will be performing music. There will also be raffles.

From noon to 3 p.m., there will be antique appraisals by Rook Auction & Appraisal, LLC. There is a small fee for this service. (No modern firearms.)

Vendors Include: PA honey, PA maple syrup, baked sweets and handmade PA wine necklaces, plus Bags, Beauty, Cheeses, Cigars, Crafts, Jewelry, Orchids, Pet Treats, Photography, Tie Dye and more. Branded vendors include: Arbonne, It Works, Mama Cheaps, Origami Owls, Pampered Chef, Silpada, and Thirty One.

Exhibitors Include: ATVs (with Snow Plows) and 3 Wheelers, Auto (Peruzzi Toyota), Chiropractic, CPR demonstrations, General Dermatology and Skin Cancer Treatment, GENERAC Backup Power Systems, Hearing, Labrador Rescue, Musical Instruments, Health and Wellness , Home Maintenance, Home Restoration, Plumbing/ Heating/Cooling, Veterinary, Yoga and more.
