Wounded Lansdale Crack-Cocaine Dealer Sentenced To Prison: Report

The alleged dealer, who nearly died after being shot and turned himself in while on crutches, is reportedly headed to jail.

LANSDALE, PA -- A Lansdale crack-cocaine dealer has been sentenced to 11 months in prison and three years of probation, according to a report.

Haile S. Vicks, 39, of Philadelphia, turned himself in last September after ”nearly dying” from a gunshot wound, according The Reporter.

Vicks, 39, of Philadelphia, said he’d been hospitalized for a month and nearly died from blood loss after a gunshot wound to the hip, the report states.

Police bought cocaine off of the man also known as “Vic” in a controlled drug purchase in March 2014, the report states.

It’s unknown why he was shot.
