• Three Separate Investigations Result in Charges for Local Residents (exploreclarion.com) — A 55-year-old man from Leeper has been cited for summary harassment following a July 18 incident in Farmington Township, with the case filed before a local district judge. Separate cases involve a Clarion man cited for disorderly conduct over unreasonable noise and a Sigel woman charged after a debris dispute in Jefferson County.
   

• Hearings Continued for Leeper Men Accused of Stealing Amusement Park Items in Barnett Township (exploreclarion.com) — Two Leeper men are among three defendants whose hearings over alleged thefts from the abandoned Wet & Wild Amusement Park in Jefferson County have been pushed to September 21. State police say multiple stolen items, including go-karts and a mini train, were later recovered at a Farmington Township property, and two of the men remain jailed on significant monetary bail.
