What to know (centredaily.com) — Drivers in Lemont should prepare for Pike Street traffic being detoured along Elmwood Street as major reconstruction of the Route 26 bridge on College Avenue begins this week. Houserville Road and Pike Street will close at the intersection, shifting traffic patterns near the Nittany Mall through at least mid-August while PennDOT upgrades the 1940 bridge and advances other large Centre County projects.
