1 Injured In Fire That Guts Bristol Township Home: FD
An early Thursday morning fire in Bristol Township's FarmBrook section is under investigation, fire officials said.

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —One person was injured and two people had to be rescued in an early Thursday morning fire that damaged a home in the FarmBrook section of Levittown, fire officials and reports said.
The Levittown Fire Company No. 2 responded to a house fire at 43 Favored Lane around 4:20 a.m. Thursday in which a resident was injured.
Fire crews found heavy smoke showing before flames spread to the roof. Rescue 13 arrived first and went into service as the first due engine, Squrt 13 also responded and assisted with operations.

The Third District Volunteer Fire Company said its crews used power saws and hand tools to cut walls and pull ceilings to locate hidden pockets of the fire. The Bristol Township Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the fire.
The fire was brought under control just over an hour by 10 volunteers, fire officials said.

Action News 6 reported that one person was injured and two others had to be rescued in the fire.
Officials said seven adults and one child lived at the home. One adult victim was taken to an area hospital. The news agency reported that one person inside the home was awake at the time and alerted the other residents of the flames.
