13 Charges Filed In Double Fatal Crash In Lower Bucks Co.
Bristol Township Police said a man will be arraigned Wednesday in the February fatal crash on Veterans Highway.
LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —Thirteen charges have been filed in the February accident that killed two people in Bristol Township, police said.
Bristol Township Police said Tuesday that the 31-year-old man who struck a vehicle on Route 413 in late February will be arraigned at 1 p.m. Wednesday in District Court at Bath Road in Bristol, Lt. Sean Cosgrove said.
Cosgrove said that the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office has approved the charges against John Thomas Wadlinger, of which 11 are felonies.

Police and emergency crews responded to the intersection of Veterans Highway and Ford Road around 1:30 p.m. to find a red Nissan Sentra with extensive damage and a black Ford Explorer with front-end damage, police said at the time of the accident.
There were four passengers in the Nissan, according to police, and two people died at the scene.

The other two passengers were transported to Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital for their injuries, police said.

- Accidents Involving Death/Injury
- Accidents Involving Death/Injury WHILE NOT Properly Licensed
- Three for DUI
- Involuntary Manslaughter
- Recklessly Endangering Another Person
- Fleeing / Eluding Police
- Flight to Avoid Apprehension / Trial
