2-Alarm Fire Burning Bristol Borough Buildings

BRISTOL BOROUGH, PA — Fire crews are battling a two-alarm fire that has burned several homes on Garfield Street on Friday morning, authorities said.

Fire crews responded to the 300 block of Garfield Avenue just after 10 a.m. Friday for the report of a fire. The blaze was then upgraded to a two-alarm fire.

Authorities reported that at least two homes are on fire. It was unknown at this time whether anyone had been injured.

Authorities are asking residents and passers-by to avoid the area until further notice.

Multiple fire departments from throughout Lower Bucks County are on the scene.
