The Pennsbury School Board is expected to approve two new five-year administrative contracts at its meeting on Thursday night.

Gibson’s contract brings a new title in "recognition of her hard work and supervision of key departments in Pennsbury," Smith said.

As Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources and Professional Development, Gibson brings knowledge, experience, and a sense of enthusiasm to her position, Smith said.

Gibson's contract is effective Dec. 9 for the five-year term through June 30, 2029, at an annual salary of $173,938 following the terms and conditions of the employment agreement as presented by the solicitor.

"Their contracts provide stability and position us to further our district’s goal of continuous improvement, " Smith said. Once approved by the board, feel free to reach out to Dr. Ricci and Dr. Gibson to congratulate them."
