$5K Of Stolen Clothing, GPS Thefts Top Falls Township Crimes

FAIRLESS HILLS, PA —A report of $5,000 worth of clothing from Dick's Sporting Goods, another catalytic converter theft, and two GPS thefts top Falls Township's recent criminal incidents.

The Falls Township Police Department has issued its police blotter of criminal incidents for the period of Monday, Oct. 24, through Sunday, Oct. 30.

The criminal incidents are:

Monday, Oct. 24

• Nearwood Lane, Unit Block, Theft —2006 Yamaha YFZ Quad and 2006 Yamaha Dirt Bike YZ 250, taken from a shed.
• M-Y Lane, Unit Block, Theft From Auto —Two GPS units and $1,700 cash were taken from a parked tractor-trailer.
• Dollar General, West Trenton Avenue, Retail Theft —Robert Finney was arrested for felony retail theft, and released to BCSD for an active arrest warrant.

Tuesday, Oct. 25

• Drivetime, South Pennsylvania Avenue, Criminal Mischief —An employee reported a subject cut a hole in the fence on Sunday night (Oct. 23) at 11 p.m., but did not take anything.
• Dick’s Sporting Goods, Retail Theft —A man wearing dark clothing stole $5,00o worth of clothing. He fled through an emergency exit.
• All State Auto Sales, Lincoln Highway, Stolen Vehicle —A white 2014 Ford Taurus.
• Wawa, West Trenton Avenue, Recovered Stolen Bicycle —The owner recovered his stolen bike from a man who then fled on foot.

Wednesday, Oct. 26

• Bristol Oxford Valley Road, Hit and Run Accident —Gray Toyota Corolla, with N.J. front plate and PA. rear plate struck an occupied vehicle and fled the scene.
• Penske Truck Rental, New Bold Road, Disorderly Conduct —Man cited for disorderly conduct.

Thursday, Oct. 27

• Poplar Lane, Unit Block, DUI Hit and Run Arrest —A man was arrested by summons for DUI, reckless driving, and leaving the scene after having struck an unoccupied vehicle.

Friday, Oct. 28

• Castle Club Apartments, Attempted Burglary Arrest —Zihqwan Clemens was arrested for attempted burglary, loitering and prowling at nighttime and criminal mischief. He was preliminarily arraigned and remanded to BCP on $150,000, 10 percent cash bail, and no victim contact order.

Saturday, Oct. 29

• Dollar General, West Trenton Avenue, Retail Theft —Two women stole an unknown amount of merchandise. They fled in a dark BMW.

Sunday, Oct. 30

• NB RT 1 and RT 13, Road Rage —A motorist threw a can at another motorist’s vehicle.
• Sheraton, North Oxford Valley Road, Theft —A catalytic converter was cut off a vehicle in the parking lot.
