7-Eleven Robbed At Gunpoint In Falls Early Tuesday

An armed robbery of a 7-Eleven was reported early Tuesday in Falls Township. Police there report that the robbery happened around 3:15 a.m. at the store on Alden Avenue.

The suspect had a dark revolver with a long barrel, which he pointed at an employee and took an undisclosed amount of money from the register, the Courier Times reported. He left on foot then got into a car and drove toward W. Trenton Avenue, the report said.

Police provided the publication with the following description of the suspect: He is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt over a red long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, sneakers, gloves and a full face mask.

There was no description of the car.
