Aggravated Assault, Retail Thefts Top Bristol Twp. Crimes

BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —The Bristol Township Police Department handled numerous retail thefts and made numerous arrests, including one for aggravated assault with a weapon.

Bristol Township Police Monday released its blotter of recent criminal incidents.

The criminal incidents include:

Arrest —Aug. 25, 2:42 a.m. Bristol Oxford Valley Road. A 36-year-old man was charged with retail theft. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Hughes. Bail was set at $20,000 with 10 percent. He was remanded to the Bucks County Prison.

Arrest —Aug. 25, 5:30 a.m. Magnolia Drive, Levittown. A 42-year-old Croydon woman was arrested on a bench warrant out of Bucks County and released to the Sheriff's Office.

Arrest —Aug. 25, 5:34 p.m. Bath Road, Bristol. A 37-year-old Levittown man was arrested on a bench warrant out of Lower Makefield Township and released to the Lower Makefield Police Department.

Arrest —Aug. 25, 5:36 p.m. New Falls Road, Levittown. A 25-year-old Levittown woman was arrested on a local warrant out of Bristol Township. She was processed and arraigned by Judge Falcone. Bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.

Arrest —Aug. 25, 7:17 p.m. Almond Lane, Levittown. A 56-year-old Levittown man was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Gambardella. Bail was set at $100,000 unsecured.

Arrest —Aug. 25, 3:30 p.m. Bath Road, Bristol. A 20-year-old Bristol man was arrested on a local warrant out of Bristol Township. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Falcone. Bail was set at $50,000 with 10 percent and he was released to the constables.

Arrest —Aug. 25, 9:01 p.m. Green Lane. A 32-year-old Wallingford, CT., man was arrested on the charge of simple assault. The suspect was processed and arraigned by Judge Gambardella. Bail was set at $200,000 with 10 percent.

Arrest —Aug. 26, 9:40 p.m. Butternut Road, Levittown. A 27-year-old Levittown woman was arrested on charges of simple assault and harassment. She was processed and arraigned by Judge Gambardella. Bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.

Arrest —Aug. 27, 9:59 a.m. Bristol Pike, Bristol. A 32-year-old Levittown man was arrested on the charges of criminal mischief, defiant trespass, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness. He was processed and arraigned by Judge Gambardella. Bail was set at $100,000 unsecured.

Retail Theft —Aug. 25, 9:26 a.m. Bristol Pike, Bristol. An unknown subject removed several items passing all points of sale. The estimated value is $40.

Retail Theft —Aug. 25. 12:35 p.m. Bristol Pike, Croydon. An unknown suspect removed miscellaneous items passing all points of sale. The estimated value is $38.

Retail Theft —Aug. 26. 1:12 a.m. Bristol Oxford Valley Road, Levittown. Four unknown suspects removed several items passing all points of sale. The estimated value is $70.

Theft —Aug. 26, 7:14 p.m. Bristol Oxford Valley Road, Levittown. A suspect removed a package. The estimated value is $104.

Retail Theft —Aug. 27, 12:38 a.m. State Road, Croydon. A suspect stole two packs of cigarettes. The estimated value was $20.
