Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats Top Bristol Crime News

BRISTOL BOROUGH, PA —An aggravated assault by a man who was also charged with making terroristic threats was among the incidents handled by police during the month of September.

The Bristol Borough Police Department has released its blotter of criminal incidents for the period of Sept. 1 through Sept. 30.

The criminal incidents are:

Sept. 2

10:57 p.m. —Hayes St./Farragut Ave. A 35-year-old Bristol Township man was cited for public drunkenness.

11:39 p.m. —Jefferson Ave. at Lagoon. A 27-year-old Bristol man was cited for disorderly practices.

Sept. 5

10:04 a.m. —2000 block Farragut Ave., A 30-year-old Levittown man was cited for disorderly conduct.

Sept. 7

12:40 p.m. —1801 Wilson Ave. Two juveniles were cited for disorderly conduct.

Sept. 11

12:07 a.m. —100 block Buckley St., A 39-year-old Bristol man was arrested for aggravated assault, F-2; terroristic threats, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and harassment. He was sent to Bucks County Prison to await a court hearing on the charges.

Sept. 13

3:34 p.m. —600 block Pine St., A 43-year-old Bristol woman was arrested for a bench warrant and was transferred to Adult Probation.

Sept. 14

12:00 p.m. —1801 Wilson Ave., Two juveniles were cited for disorderly conduct and harassment.

Sept. 15

1:50 p.m. —1801 Wilson Ave., A juvenile was cited for a borough ordinance violation.

2:44 p.m. —100 block Buckley St. A 56-year-old Bristol man was cited for criminal trespass.

4:45 p.m. —Bristol Wharf, A 62-year-old Bristol man was cited for disorderly conduct.

9:25 p.m. —400 block Washington St., A 58-year-old Bristol woman was cited for harassment.

Sept. 16

5:36 p.m. —1200 block Porter Ave., A 57-year-old Bristol man was cited for public drunkenness.

Sept. 17

9:34 a.m. —100 block Buckley St., A 56-year-old Bristol man was cited for criminal trespass.

Sept. 19

12:15 p.m. —100 block Radcliffe St. A 35-year-old Bristol man was arrested on a warrant from the Bucks County Sheriff's Department. He was taken into custody and released to Bucks County Sheriffs.

5:33 p.m. —1020 Bristol Pike. A 49-year-old Croydon man was cited for disorderly conduct.

Sept. 21

10:55 a.m. —200 block Lafayette St. A 64-year-old Bristol Township man was cited for disorderly conduct.

5:47 p.m. —Dorrance & Canal Sts. A 21-year-old Bristol man was arrested for persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell or transfer firearms, prohibited acts, and penalties. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $40,000 bail with 10 percent.

Sept. 22

1 p.m. —1801 Wilson Ave. Two juveniles were cited for disorderly conduct.

6 p.m. —1020 Bristol Pike, A 49-year-old Bensalem man and a 35-year-old Levittown man were both cited for harassment.

Sept. 23

10:52 a.m. —75 Commerce Circle, A 41-year-old man was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

6:50 p.m. —1100 block Radcliffe St., A 46-year-old man was arrested on a bench warrant and released to the Bucks County Sheriff's Department.

Sept. 24

8:43 p.m. —500 block Otter St., A 37-year-old Bristol woman was arrested for violation of a PFA order. She will appear in court to answer charges.

2:40 p.m. —Trenton Ave./Jackson St., Two juveniles were cited for disorderly conduct.

Sept. 27

8:30 a.m. —1801 Wilson Ave., A juvenile was cited for disorderly conduct.

Sept. 29

6:27 a.m. —65 Commerce Circle, A 42-year-old man, no fixed address, was cited for disorderly conduct.
