Director Charlene Rendeiro said the proceeds will go a long way to supporting the library’s general funding, including its free community programs, used by about 1,500 people each year.
Funds will also be earmarked for the library’s book-buying budget.
Falls Township held a community yard sale benefiting the library in October. Several dozen vendors participated in the event. Organizers hope the April fundraiser will draw even greater interest.
