Area Students Learn About College, Career Opportunities

The 37th Annual Lower Bucks Counselors' College and Career Program takes place at King's Caterers in Levittown with 150 participating vendors.

Some 150 universities, colleges, technical schools and training programs are on hand at on Thursday.

The 37th Annual Lower Bucks Counselors’ College and Career Program kicked off Wednesday. The two-day event provides information on college and career opportunities.

Six local high schools will transport their students to the event. Those schools include Archbishop Wood, Bensalem High School, Conwell-Egan High School, Bristol Borough High School, Bucks County Technical High School, Harry S Truman High School, Morrisville High School, Neshaminy High School and Pennsbury High School.

The program is open to all area high school students, parents and other adults interested in continuing education and lasts until 12 p.m. Thursday.
