Bank Robbed Wednesday In Falls Twp.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — Police on Wednesday were on the scene of a bank robbery in Falls Township.

According to police, the robbery happened at about 1 p.m. at the PNC Bank on West Trenton Avenue in the Morrisville section of Falls. They say the robber got away as a passenger in a green Subaru outback with a gold racing stripe on the rear.

The Subaru, with New Jersey registration Z41KRF, was last seen heading toward the Calhoun Street Bridge, police said.

The robber is described by police as a black male, standing 5'11" with short hair and wearing dark pants (possibly jogging pants) and a white t-shirt with a black shirt over it.
