According to a report from the Intelligencer, officers in Bristol Township were called to a home in Venice Ashby at 2:39 a.m. on May 23 by a report of a robbery and assault. They later interviewed a 15-year-old girl at the hospital.

She told officers she had let her ex-boyfriend stay overnight at her house after he had been kicked out of his own home, the paper says, quoting a police affidavit. He got a ride to her home with four people who came inside without being invited and demanded gas money for driving the ex-boyfriend, police say.

She told officers she was then assaulted at gunpoint by one of the male intruders, who had a rose tattoo on his neck. A female intruder also punched her in the face several times during the assault, she said, according to the report.

The intruders then stole her iPhone 8, which they made her unlock for them, according to police.

"If we kill (her ex-boyfriend), we have to kill (her) too," she recounted one of the attackers saying, the paper said.

The ex-boyfriend told police he only knew one of the intruders — the one with the rose tattoo — as "Kyle." He provided that person's Instagram account and police say they were identify Black using the account.

The 17-year-old also was identified via Instagram as one of Black's followers. Police say the victim recognized both people on Instagram as her attackers.

According to court documents, Black is charged with a long list of felonies and misdemeanors, including forcible rape, sexual assault, robbery, simple assault, terroristic threats and robbery. He is being held on $400,000 bail.
