Driving Under the Influence


Daniel E. Williams, 32, of Bristol was arrested on July 12 at 1:49 AM on New Falls Road near Lower Orchard Turn for driving under the influence. 

Ihar Khalko, 25, of Philadelphia was arrested on July 13 at 12:22 AM on southbound U.S. Route 1 for driving under the influence. 

Retail Theft

Diana L. Crozier, 34, of Bristol and Brittany J. Schwab, 23, of Langhorne were cited on July 11 at 3:25 PM at Sears in the Oxford Valley Mall for retail theft. Crozier was in possession of $74.58 worth of merchandise and Schwab was in possession of $141.36 worth of merchandise. 

Damion Frateir, 19, of Philadelphia and Roan Samuel-Constant Johnson, 37, of Philadelphia were arrested on July 12 at 1:33 PM at JC Penney in the Oxford Valley Mall for retail theft. The men took $156 worth of merchandise. They were remanded to Bucks County Prison in lieu of bail. 

Oretha Brown, age 22 of Willingboro, NJ was cited on July 12 at 3:07 PM at JC Penney in the Oxford Valley Mall for Retail Theft. Brown took $92 worth of merchandise. 

Jose L. Nieves, Jr., 32, of Trenton, NJ was cited on July 12 at 5:32 PM at Sesame Place for Retail Theft. He took $98.88 worth of merchandise. 

Santa Correa, 36, of Willingboro, NJ was arrested on July 12 at 6:48 PM at Sesame Place for Retail Theft.  $161.73 worth of merchandise was taken.

Davorea F. Thomas, 26, of Morrisville was arrested on July 12 at 4:08 Pm at JC Penney in the Oxford Valley Mall for retail theft. She took $297.79 worth of merchandise. 

Samuel A. Brown, 21, of Philadelphia was arrested on July 12 at 4:55 PM at Sesame Place for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison in lieu of bail. Taken was $229.30 worth of merchandise. 

Kiana T. Green, 18, of Bristol and Sheniqua A. Willis, 18, of Bristol were arrested on July 14 at 6:11 PM at JC Penney in the Oxford Valley Mall for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. Green had $291.51 worth of merchandise in her possession and Willis had $313.00 worth of merchandise in her possession. 

Burglary

A victim reported that sometime between 6 a.m. and 11:17 p.m. on July 11, someone entered his residence on Hedge Road and removed a large amount of cash. 

A victim reported that sometime between July 1 and July 14, someone entered his residence on Teal Drive and removed over $8,000 in jewelry.

Theft

Federal National Mortgage Association reports sometime between June 6 and July 11, someone entered a residence on Lower Orchard Drive and removed numerous fixtures, and appliances and carpeting. The items are valued at in excess of $6,500. 

A victim reported that sometime between 6 p.m. on July 13 and 8:30 p.m. on July 14, someone entered an unlocked shed on his property on Quarter Turn Road East and took a Ryobi mitre saw valued at $120. 

James D. Morrissey Company reported that sometime between 3 p.m. on July 10 and 7:04 a.m. on July 11, someone removed batteries from three construction vehicles parked on Big Oak Road and Township Line Road. The items are valued at $444. 

Victim reports sometime between 8:45 p.m. on July 11and 7:30 AM on July 12, someone broke out the window of his 2005 Ford that was parked on Falcon Road and ransacked the vehicle. Nothing appeared missing. The window was valued at $150.
