Croydon Man Killed In Falls Twp. Motorcycle Crash
Falls Township Police said the man struck some potholes on Bristol Pike and lost control of his vehicle Saturday morning.
FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA —A 32-year-old Croydon man was killed Saturday morning when his motorcycle struck some potholes, causing the vehicle to lose control, police said.
The Falls Township Police Department responded to the crash at 10:34 a.m. Saturday in the area of Bristol Pike, just south of the intersection with Mill Creek Road, Morrisville, for a single-vehicle traffic accident involving a motorcycle.
The preliminary investigation determined that the man was riding his motorcycle along Bristol Pike when he struck a series of potholes, causing him to lose control, police said.

As a result, he left the roadway, struck a section of guardrail, and then hit a telephone pole, police said.
The victim was transported to Jefferson Bucks Hospital, where he died of his injuries, police said.

Police said that alcohol, drugs, or a medical emergency were not believed to be factors. The man was also wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
