Children’s Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP) changes lives by providing scholarship funding for Philadelphia families to choose a tuition-based school that meets their student’s educational needs. CSFP is the largest and most diverse provider of K-8th scholarship support in Pennsylvania, focusing on the highest-need students in the lowest-achieving schools in the city. During the 2025-26 school year, CSFP awarded more than 6,800 scholarships for K-8th grade students enrolled at nearly 150 area tuition-based schools. Republican Edward "Duke" Donnelly has been reelected as Bucks County Sheriff. According to unofficial results from the county, Donnelly received 53.3 percent of the vote to defeat Democrat Dennis McCauley.  "Congratulations to Sheriff Donnelly on his victory. Going forward, I wish him the best and I also wish the best to the dedicated men and women who serve as deputies in the Sheriff's Office," McCauley said in a concession statement emailed to Patch.  Here are the vote totals, according to unofficial results from the county. (Winners in bold) Edward "Duke" Donnelly (R) – 50,662 Dennis McCauley (D) – 44,302
