Driver Identified In Fatal Falls Township Crash
The Bucks County Coroner revealed the identity of a Philadelphia resident killed in a single-car crash on River Road on Wednesday night.
LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —The victim of a fatal Falls Township crash has been identified by the Bucks County Coroner's Office.
Bucks County Coroner Patti Campi told Patch Friday morning that she has identified the driver killed while on his way to work at the Fed-Ex warehouse on River Road on Wednesday night.
He is Jean Jacques-Richard Vilgrain, a 26-year-old Philadelphia man.

Vilgrain was involved in a single-car crash that took place at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday on the Keystone Industrial Port Complex property, the Falls Township Police Department said.
Police said a gold Honda Accord traveling eastbound on South Pennsylvania Avenue had left the roadway in the area of River Road and Old Bordentown Road and rolled several times during which the driver was ejected, according to witnesses.
