BRISTOL BOROUGH, PA —Two parked vehicles were damaged after a car smashed into them and then flipped over on Bath Street late Tuesday night, authorities said.

The Bristol Borough Fire Police and fire crews responded to Bath Street and Howell Street around 11:20 p.m. for the crash.

Fire Police said that Bath Street was closed to traffic from Route 13 to Buckley Street due to the accident and reopened a few hours later.

An alert stated that the vehicle overturned, trapping the driver inside.

Bristol Borough Fire Chief Herb Slack said the driver was taken to the hospital but the extent of injuries was not known, Levittown Now reported.

The Bristol, Bristol Consolidated, Goodwill Hose, and American Hose, Hook, and Ladder fire companies were on the scene. of the crash, Levittown Now said.
