Celebrate 75 Years of Imagination, Dr. Seuss, and his first-ever published children's book "And To Think That I Saw it on Mulberry Street."
Starting at 1 p.m., children can mingle with Seuss characters, participate in arts and crafts and end the day with a parade through the mall.
