Learn to shop and prepare basic dinners. Cook four full meals and then take them home each week to eat. The planned meals are: meatloaf, potatoes, veggie; spaghetti and meatballs; a chicken dish; a pork or ham recipe with two sides. The target audience is 21-35 just settling into family life and would like a little more practice getting home-cooked meals on the table. Our instructor lovesr to cook and has taught her two grown children to be confident in the kitchen. We made this class easy; all ingredients and pots are included in the fee. You leave class with a meal that feeds two and the ability to cook it again and again.
