Children and parents will have fun at this not-so scary Hal- loween Party. Come dressed in costume and enter the costume contest, held at 2 PM. In addition there will be arts & crafts, face paint- ing, a DJ, children’s games, Otto the Balloon Man, Mad Science, and snacks.
