If needed, Friends Village provides our residents with flexible, affordable support in their own apartments through its NeighborCare program. By using our long-tenured and dedicated staff, it is a home care service without the onerous minimum hours or uncertain staffing of agencies. 2PM – The Declaration of Independence: America's Birth Certificate Lecture L-9 The Whole Story of The Declaration of Independence. The quest for personal rights took hundreds of years to accomplish-and culminated in the writings of our founding fathers, being ever perfected since that time, leading to the freedoms we have in our nation today.
