Fairless Hills Barber Had Sex With 15-Year-Old Client: Police

A local barber has been arrested on charges he had sex with a 15-year-old client, according to a report by the Bucks County Courier Times.

Court records show Elton Migel Jules, 32, of Fairless Hills has been charged with statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and related charges. Charges were filed this week by Middletown Township Police.

Jules, who cut hair at the Barber Spot on Oxford Valley Road, allegedly sent sexual pictures on multiple occasions to the victim after cutting her hair, and then the two had intercourse even though he was aware she was 15, according to the Courier Times report.

Police were reportedly notified of the allegations by the girl's mother in late July.

The investigation was conducted and Jules was subsequently arrested. Jules remains in Bucks County Jail on $150,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 17.
