Falls 2-Year-Old's Death Ruled Homicide: Report

There were 18 people living in the two-bedroom Falls Township apartment at the time of the child's death, a local station was reporting.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — The Bucks County coroner has ruled that a 2-year-old boy in Falls Township suffered trauma to the head and his death has been ruled a homicide, ABC-6 was reporting Wednesday.

Police had responded to the Commons of Fallsington apartment complex on Makefield Road at about 5 p.m. on Tuesday and remained there through Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities were not releasing information about possible suspects in the child's death Wednesday afternoon.

Bucks County District Attorney Matthew Weintraub told the station the toddler had a twin brother who died when he was just a few months old. Weintraub said that child died from "a SIDS death, if you will — a natural unexplained death."

Action News reported that there were 18 people living in the two-bedroom apartment at the time of the toddler's death.
