Falls 5-Year-Old Killed By Truck Remembered As 'Fearless, Happy Free Spirit'

The 5-year-old loved looking at the moon, his obituary says.

Services have been set for the five-year-old boy who was fatally struck by a truck in a Falls Township trailer park last week. The child has been identified as James Daniel Lee.

James Daniel Lee, the beloved son of Kristin L. Brown and Frederick A. Lee Jr., passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 8, 2017. He was five years old.

Born at St. Mary Medical Center on February 25, 2012, James will be remembered as a fearless, happy free spirit who loved looking at the moon.

In addition to his loving parents, James is survived by his loving siblings, Andrew Woods, Aubrey Lee, Keira Brown and Trinity Lee; his nephew, Andrew James Woods Jr.; maternal grandmother, Karen Brown (the late Ronald, Jr.); paternal grandparents, Diane and Frederick A. Lee Sr.; maternal great grandmother, Eleanor Bond (the late Louis); paternal great grandparents, Tracey and John W. Lee Sr.; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.

Family and friends are invited to call from 5 until 7 p.m. on Thursday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown where his funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. Interment is private.
