The $41 million renovation project of the Lincoln Highway building took nearly three years to complete.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — The much-anticipated renovation of the Falls Township Municipal Building has been completed.
After being closed for nearly three years, the building at 188 Lincoln Highway reopened to the public on Tuesday after the municipal government's headquarters was temporarily housed at 450 Lincoln Highway.
The $41 million renovation project included rebuilding the existing 60,000-square-foot space from the ground up with several new building additions.

It will feature a better layout and use of space. In addition, it will be more easily accessible with proper signage and identification to help guide visitors to their desired location.
The remodeled and expanded space will be something that residents can be proud of with the building designs intended to subtly reflect Falls Township’s history.
Originally planned for a December 2024 completion, the municipal complex was then set for a spring 2025 completion.
