Falls Twp. Police Seek Vehicle That Damaged Quaker Penn Park

Falls Township Police said the vehicle damaged the township park's turf and field on Sunday night. The incident was captured on camera.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA —The Falls Township Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying and locating a vehicle that caused damage to Quaker Penn Park on Sunday.

Falls Township Police said they're seeking the owner of a red Dodge pickup truck, which was captured on video at 7:30 p.m. Sunday damaging the turf and fields of Quaker Penn Park.

The truck has very distinctive decals/stickers on the rear window, police said.

As a reminder, anyone damaging the grass or fields of any township park violates the following township code: 168 Parks, 168-4 Motor Vehicles.

The code states that no motorized vehicles shall be operated on bike paths or grass areas.

Unlicensed vehicles are prohibited. Parking shall be in designated areas only.

Any person who violates or permits a violation of this chapter shall be subject to a civil enforcement proceeding and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a civil penalty of not more than $600, plus all court costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, incurred by the township in the enforcement of this chapter, police said.
